In my first two columns, I have been sharing examples of what it means to be stress resilient. Today I would like to continue that train of thought by discussing the importance of feeling in control when things may not be going our way. As you read this, remember I am talking about feeling in control, not being in control and not being “controlling”. People that are controlling are annoying.
